Im trying to come up with a dish for an upcoming family event. What Ive got so far is a scallop on some pea pure with drops of spicy garlic infused oil and some cress as garnish.
I would like to add something with a bit of crunch and color to this. Preferably something Saladacco Paderno Spiralizer that I can make in advance or very quickly.
Can you guys help me with some ideas?
